About the opportunity

Urgent requirement for Siebel Developer (OSS/BSS Solutions) is required for our Telecom ( client (Work from Home) Hands-on experience in Siebel IP19/IP22, including Configuration, eScripting, Workflows, and Order Management.--MustDeep understanding of OSS/BSS environments and telecom customer lifecycle management.--Must Proven experience in Siebel EAI, Inbound/Outbound REST APIs, Web Services, and JMS transport.--Must Expert-level knowledge of RSTT concepts, log file analysis, production issue resolution, and Oracle SQL/Indexing for performance tuning.--MustProficiency in BI Publisher, Siebel Tools, Oracle 10g/11g, JIRA, and TeamForge.--MustStrong experience in Telecom is MUST Required Skills & Qualifications · 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Siebel CRM development. · Strong hands-on experience with: o Siebel Tools o Siebel Configuration o Siebel Workflows o eScript o Business Services o Open UI · Experience in c within the telecommunications industry. · Strong understanding of telecom business processes and customer lifecycle management. · Experience with Siebel integrations using: o REST APIs o SOAP Services o EAI o XML o Web Services · Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle SQL. · ITC is transformation project for telecom domain where various telecom functionalities are involved. · Worked on RSTT concepts. · Worked on Configuration/Scripting/WF’s/EAI. · Worked on production issues, Performances issues, Analyzed log files and solved issues. · Created Index’s on tables to overcome performance issues. · Worked on various integrations with other systems JMS transport. · Worked on Inbound/Outbound Rest API’s.

Qualifications

• · 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Siebel CRM development.
• · Strong hands-on experience with: o Siebel Tools o Siebel Configuration o Siebel Workflows o eScript o Business Services o Open UI · Experience in c within the telecommunications industry.
• · Strong understanding of telecom business processes and customer lifecycle management.
• · Experience with Siebel integrations using: o REST APIs o SOAP Services o EAI o XML o Web Services · Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle SQL.
