Evidence that carries forward

One assessment should create lasting professional evidence.

Demonstrate your capability through a serious role-specific assessment, earn verification after human review, and reuse that evidence across relevant Anzibloom opportunities. Verification strengthens future introductions; it never guarantees employment.

Trust through restraint

A standard that can be scrutinized.

We do not promise instant hiring, remove necessary interviews, or label a person or employer “verified” without a defined basis. Professional trust comes from explaining what evidence means, who can access it, and where human judgment remains essential.

“The right introduction changes everything.”

Git take-home

Work locally in your IDE and submit one committed repository ZIP. No camera or microphone is required.

Live coding

A scheduled 30-minute Google Meet with an evaluator. Meeting and device requirements are shown before booking.

After submission

An authorized reviewer applies the role rubric. Passing creates a reusable 12-month credential; submitting alone does not.

Assessment FAQ

Answers before you begin.

Can I retry?

A new attempt may be available after review. Your account shows the current result and the next available action; a failed attempt never creates a credential.

How long does verification remain valid?

A passing role-family credential remains active for 12 months, then must be renewed before it can support new matching opportunities.

Does an employer see my raw score?

Verification communicates the role standard and outcome. Assessment work and private reviewer notes are not presented as a public scorecard.

What happens if I do not pass?

You receive a recorded outcome and no credential is issued. Where another attempt is available, the next step is shown in your account.

Are assessments role-specific?

Yes. Each core assessment maps to a technical role family, and specialist modules may be added when an opportunity requires them.

When is live coding required?

The available route is shown before commitment. When offered, live coding is a scheduled 30-minute Google Meet evaluated against the same role standard.

How is my work evaluated?

An authorized reviewer applies the published role rubric. Correctness, reasoning, judgment, and communication matter; only a passing human decision creates verification.
