Key Details Experience: 10+ years in SailPoint Overall Experience: Senior-level experience preferred Location: Remote – No location constraint Employment Type: Full-time Budget: Up to ₹35 LPA, with flexibility up to ₹39 LPA for exceptional candidates Interview Process: 3 technical rounds, including a live coding round with screen sharing Mandatory Technical Skills SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) – strong hands-on experience BeanShell – extensive hands-on coding experience Java – strong programming and debugging skills SailPoint customization and configuration Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Workflow development and customization Rules, forms, workflows, lifecycle events, and provisioning SailPoint integrations with enterprise applications Troubleshooting and performance optimization Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. Develop and maintain complex BeanShell rules, workflows, and customizations. Write and troubleshoot Java-based custom code and integrations. Work on identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, certification, and governance processes. Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, connectors, and lifecycle events. Integrate SailPoint with various enterprise applications and systems. Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions for complex SailPoint implementations. Participate in architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SailPoint solutions. Perform code reviews and ensure development follows quality and security standards. Mandatory Candidate Criteria 10+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience is mandatory. Strong practical experience in BeanShell and Java is mandatory. Candidate must be capable of writing and explaining code during a live coding interview. Candidates with only theoretical knowledge or limited hands-on exposure to BeanShell/Java will not be suitable. Candidates with around 5 years of experience are not aligned with this requirement. Strong senior-level SailPoint implementation and customization experience is required. Interview Process The selection process will include 3 technical interview rounds, including: SailPoint technical and implementation discussion Advanced technical / architecture discussion Live coding round – screen sharing required, focused on Java and BeanShell
