Senior .NET Engineer

About the opportunity

Our client, a remote staffing partner is looking for a Senior .NET engineer to add value to their Australian client base. Role; Produce code across Microsoft platform including .NET, SQL, Azure SQL, Azure PaaS technologies Write standards-compliant front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JQuery/Javascript, Bootstrap Revise, update, refactor and debug code Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle Provide expert technical support to the in-house support team and externally to customers and partners Manage, deploy and optimize Azure assets Test and deploy applications and systems to multiple Azure environments Adhere to all company policy, standards, and methodologies Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, senior management and customers Qualifications; BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent with programming experience 5 years of design and/or development experience with .NET,C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server Strong background in object-oriented development techniques Solution Design Patterns and Best Practices Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server) Experience with Service Oriented Architecture and Microservices a plus Experience with Git source control Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and boards a plus Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies Passion for technology and knowledge Interested : If you have the right profile, you have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team working for a company with global exposure, providing you a great working environment and ample space to learn and develop.
