The successful Team Lead will drive quality across products by leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers while remaining hands‑on in testing and automation. You will oversee planning and execution of QA activities, define and enforce standards, integrate automated checks into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient testing outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLeading QA Engineers and provide guidance, allocate tasks, and support career growthPlan and prioritise QA activities to ensure effective execution of testing across functional, integration, and regression levelsDefine and enforce QA standards by implementing methodologies and guidelines to maintain consistencyIdentify and mitigate risks and address quality and delivery challengesImprove QA processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvementCollaborate with stakeholdersSupport product delivery to ensure timely testing outcomes for new features and integrationsProvide reporting and deliver updates on progress, quality, and risks to managementSkills & ExperienceA minimum of 6+ years of experience in Automation QA, with at least 2 years as a Team Leader Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processesExperience building or integrating AI into QA workflows with a strong automation biasSolid experience with Playwright and Maestro, plus test management tools (Testdino, PractiTest, or similar) and accessibility testing tools (Deque, Axe‑core, or similar)Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline architecture and integration i.e. GitLab CI, GitHub actions, ArgoCDExperience with different types of testing (functional, integration, regression)Ability to recognise and address risks efficiently, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsExperience with agile methodologies and the software development life cycle, combined with excellent communication and leadership skillsWork Mode & SalaryRemote working within Bulgaria only.
