Join an international, remote-first team working at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and financial technology. As a Data Developer, you will build and maintain data pipelines that transform complex financial information into reliable, actionable insights.

Your work will support APIs, dashboards, performance reporting, and internal cost analysis across decentralized assets and traditional financial instruments. You will collaborate with data leadership to improve data architecture, acquisition processes, and platform capabilities.

The role

combines hands-on development with analytical problem-solving, requiring a strong focus on data quality, scalability, and clean engineering practices. This opportunity is ideal for an independent, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a distributed environment and is interested in decentralized technologies and financial data systems. Accountabilities: As a Data Developer, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of data infrastructure and analytical processes.

Reporting to the data lead, you will help ensure that financial and operational data is accurate, accessible, and useful across the organization. Develop and maintain extract, transform, and load (ETL) pipelines for core platform data acquisition, supporting downstream APIs and dashboards. Collaborate with the data lead to design and improve data architecture, strategy, and systems.

Consolidate and analyze data to produce monthly performance reports for decentralized proof-of-stake nodes.
